NOTICE ABOUT PRESENTATIONS
Because of the length of the program, authors
are allowed 10 minutes for their presentation,
reserving the complete paper for publication.
Five minutes are allowed for the primary discussant,
three minutes for each subsequent discussant,
and five minutes for the final closing discussant.
Authors and opening discussants are required
to hand the final typed copies of their papers
to the Recorder at the completion of their presentations.
Follow-up discussants are required to review
and correct their discussions before the end
of the meeting. Published discussions are limited
to 500 words for the principal discussant and
250 words for other discussants.
