HOUSING AT THE FAIRMONT
HOTEL
To reserve a room for the PCSA 80th Annual Meeting,
please choose ONE of the following methods:
- By Fax: Fax a completed
housing form to 415-772-5015, Attention: Kathryn White.
Please complete a hotel reservation form for each
hotel room needed.
- By Phone: Call reservations
at 800-441-1414. Please ask for the PCSA Annual Meeting
rate.
- By Internet: Visit
the Fairmont website (http://www.fairmont.com/),
choose San Francisco from the “Destinations”
tab, then under th"Hotel" tab, choose The
Fairmont SF, and on the Reservation Screen, in the
Promotional Code box enter GRP AC1
to receive the contracted group rate. Please
note the last number in the code is a 1 (one).

GUEST ROOM CATEGORIES AND RATES:
Fairmont Queen - Historic Main Building:
$249.00 single/double + tax
Deluxe King - Tower Building: $269.00
single/double + tax
- Guest room tax is currently 14 percent.
- Additional adult charge for age 18 and over is $30
per night, plus tax. There will be no charge for children
ages 17 years or younger who are sharing with their
parents.
- The maximum number of guests in a room is four
people.
- Based on availability, the group rate will be honored
three days prior and three days after our Annual Meeting.
- A one-night deposit is required at time of reservation.
Deposits can be made with credit card, personal check,
or money order.
- Should a reservation need to be cancelled, the
deposit is refundable if notice is received at least
24 hours prior to scheduled arrival and a cancellation
number is obtained.
- Reservations and deposits received after Monday,
January 5, 2009, or exceeding the contracted room
block, will be confirmed on a space and rate available
basis only.
- The majority of guest rooms at the Fairmont San
Francisco are nonsmoking.
- Meeting participants must be registered for the
meeting to take advantage of the negotiated hotel
rate.
