ACCOMPANYING PERSON: Spouses/
Guests/Family Members may register under the Accompanying
Person category. In order to attend any of these
events, an accompanying person must register for
the meeting and pay the appropriate registration
fee.
OPTIONAL ACTIVITES: Advance
registration is available for optional activities.
Register for activities by Friday, October 31,
2008, to receive the early discount rate! Refer
to the registration form for activities and pricing.
Advance registration is strongly recommended,
as all activities are subject to cancellation
if minimum registration is not met. Please note,
refunds will not be given for reasons such as
inclement weather once an activity ticket has
been purchased. If an activity minimum is not
met, a full refund will be issued. All tours include
round-trip motor coach transportation from the
Fairmont Hotel, except where noted.
PAYMENT: Payment must be paid
in full at the time of registration. Forms received
without full payment will not be processed. Purchase
orders will not be accepted. If registration is
submitted by fax or online, the original registration
form is not required.
DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATION: Early
Registration must be postmarked by Monday, January
5, 2009. Registrations received and postmarked
after Monday, January 5, 2009, will be charged
according to the pricing structure published on
the registration form.
CANCELLATION: Requests for
refunds must be made in writing and received on
or before Monday, January 19, 2009. There is a
$50 handling fee for ALL refunds and returned
checks. Cancellations and registrations postmarked
after the deadline date will not be eligible for
refunds.
