Dear Potential Sponsor,
The Pacific Coast Surgical Association 79th Annual
Scientific Meeting will be held President’s Day
weekend, February 15-18, 2008, at the Hotel del Coronado
on Coronado Island, San Diego, California. The PCSA
would like to cordially invite you to take advantage
of this opportunity and have a presence at our Annual
Meeting.
The PCSA is the oldest and most distinguished surgical
society in the Western United States consisting of
some 600 members from California, Oregon, Washington,
Alaska, Hawaii and also British Columbia. Given that
one of the most important goals in our field is to
improve patient care by sharing new research findings
including clinical, basic science and technological
advances, your company 's support plays a critical
role in helping our members to meet this goal.
By participating in our Annual Meeting, you will have
a number of opportunities throughout the meeting to
interact with the surgeons, beginning with the New
Members’ Welcome Reception on Friday evening;
during a refreshment break at the Scientific Meeting;
and by participating in the PCSA Social Activities
such as the Fun Run, Golf or the Tennis Tournament.
We also encourage Industry Supporters to attend the
scientific sessions.
Company representative(s) will also be invited to
meet with PCSA’s leadership at the Industry Support
Luncheon, where we can personally thank you for your
participation and receive your feedback.
Our goal is to provide a number of networking opportunities
for you as our industry supporter.
We hope that you will see value in showcasing your
company at the 2008 Annual Meeting and broaden your
exposure to PCSA members and, in turn, help PCSA members
learn more about your work in the industry. If you
would like to participate in the PCSA 2008 Annual Meeting,
please complete the enclosed form and return it to
Erin Quinn, our Exhibits and Sponsorship Coordinator,
at the indicated address by November 16, 2007.
I am always available to discuss potential opportunities
with you and to provide information about the PCSA,
its membership and activities, please feel free to
contact me at 310-222-2701 or Erin Quinn at 312-202-5034
/ equinn@facs.org.
Thank you for your time and consideration, and we
hope you will add the PCSA to your annual marketing
plan.
With best regards,
Bruce E. Stabile, MD,
